Donald J. S. Cross was previously a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Instituto de Filosofía at the Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile. His first book, Deleuze and the Problem of Affect, was published by Edinburgh University Press in 2021, and he is currently editing a follow-up volume on Deleuze and Affect for the “Deleuze Connections” series at Edinburgh. He is also finishing a multi-volume project on the rehabilitation of “style” as an operator of difference in contemporary continental philosophy and literary theory (volume I) and in modern and contemporary literature (volume II). He has translated works by Philippe Lacoue-Labarthe, Catherine Malabou, Pablo Oyarzun, Marc Crépon, and others.
