The Department of Global Gender and Sexuality Studies is excited to announce new opportunities to join our faculty and graduate programs at the University at Buffalo!
The Department of Global Gender and Sexuality Studies invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in Gender and Health beginning August 22, 2022. We seek a dynamic teacher and researcher whose specialization includes one or more of the following: gender and health advocacy and education; reproductive health and rights; gender-based violence and public health; health disparities and healthcare access in marginalized communities; social inequities of health as based in gender, sexuality, race, class and location; and/or health access and rights within the LGBTQ+ community. We especially welcome candidates whose work focuses on the intersectional health issues faced by African-American, Latina, and/or Native American/Indigenous women.
