Freshman Sophomore Junior Senior After You Graduate

Courses to Take

  • PSY 207 Psychological Statistics
  • PSY 350 Scientific Inquiry
  • PSY 300-level courses that fulfill major requirements
  • If on the BS track: Work on completing the BS requirements that you have not yet fulfilled

Experience to Get

  • Consider applying for research assistant opportunities (PSY 498 Undergraduate Research)
  • Find additional research opportunities via UB’s Experiential Learning Network
  • Consider participating in a summer research program for undergraduates, perhaps one funded by the National Science Foundation
  • Consider doing an internship (PSY 496 Supervised Applied Experience)
  • If you qualify, apply for admission to UB's chapter of Psi Chi, The International Honors Society in Psychology
  • If interested, plan to spend a semester studying abroad

Preparation to Do
