We are excited to welcome Theatre and Dance audiences back to the UB Center for the Arts and Katharine Cornell Theatre.
The health and safety of our community is a priority and UB will continue to follow health and safety guidelines from New York State, as well as recommendations from the CDC and public health experts.
Starting October 1st, 2021 the University at Buffalo will require all patrons, visitors and guests ages 12 and older to provide proof of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccination in order to attend performances and events in the Center for the Arts and Katharine Cornell Theatre.
By October 30th, 2021 those who want to attend events at the Center for the Arts and Katharine Cornell Theatre must provide proof they have completed their vaccination series. Individuals are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose in a two-dose series, or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine.
A vaccination card, a photo of a vaccination card, an Excelsior Pass or a digital vaccine card are all acceptable. Attendees should be prepared to show photo ID as well.
Masks also will be required at all times while attending events inside the Center for the Arts and Katharine Cornell Theatre.
For children under 12 who are not vaccinated, they still will be admitted to UB events, but must be masked at all times at all UB venues.
Additionally, anyone coming to UB campuses MUST complete the Daily Health Check prior to their arrival on campus.
All patrons and visitors will be required to comply with the guidelines in place at the time of the event.
Thank you for abiding by UB health and safety guidelines.
