- Cut on the dotted lines.
- Using a hole punch, cut out the circles. (If you don’t have a hole punch, carefully poke a pen or pencil through the middle of the circle to create a hole.)
- String a line or rope through the holes to create a hanging point.
- Hang the pennant in your space and let your UB spirit shine!
