What is the IMPACT group?
The IMPACT group is an 8-session group therapy for women who are struggling with a history of unwanted sexual experiences or sexual assaults. The group meets once a week for two hours over 8 weeks. Each week the group focuses on different skills to help cope with difficult emotions and thoughts that are common for someone who has gone through these types of experiences. The group format offers a safe and supportive environment for women to empower each other and move forward together to make an IMPACT.
How much does it cost?
Participants pay a one-time fee of $80. This equates to only $10 per session.
You must pay $40 at the first session. We are also offering a 20% discount if paid in full ($64 in total).
