Bio

Greg Natale – Greg is one of the department’s Meisner Method teachers. He was trained in a two-year program in NYC by Greg Zittel*, as well as in Meisner scene study with Phil Gushy* and Wynn Handman. Other classes Greg teaches at UB are: Basic Acting 1 & 2, Audition Technique, Improvisation, American Theatre Performance, workshops on Sam Shepard and David Mamet, and the soon to be introduced Acting for the Camera.

Greg has been a professional actor and stage director for nearly twenty years, and is a member of all three of the acting unions (SAG, AFTRA, AEA). Greg has appeared in over thirty six plays, with local theatre credits including productions at Artpark, Alleyway Theatre, Theatre of Youth, Shakespeare in Delaware Park, the Pfeifer Theatre, and the Lancaster Opera House. Off Broadway, Greg has worked at the Nat Horn Theatre, Westbeth Arts Center, No Smoking Theatre, Manhattan Class Company and the RAPP Arts Center, and in Los Angeles at the Center Stage, Lost Studio, Canon Theatre and The Globe Theatre among others. Greg has over thirty national and regional television commercials to his credit, numerous television appearances which include four episodes of NYPD Blue, and roles in several independent feature films, and the Universal Studios film The Nutty Professor.
