Author Cecil Foster, PhD

 

Professor Foster, a prominent author, academic, journalist and public social theorist, in his latest publication discusses transnational race and blackness and the challenges blacks face internationally in their quest for social justice and human dignity. Professor Foster addresses immigration, citizenship, and multiculturalism, diversity and inclusion in the Americas, with the spotlight on Canada, the U.S. and the Caribbean.
