Communications Team

Team Description

The communications team will collaborate with departments by responding to requests for website maintenance and updates that will continue to be submitted through the existing work request system: Website Maintenance and Updates and Communications Request

  • Web maintenance for websites.
  • Proactively plan for content based on cycles (e.g., undergraduate and graduate admissions, commencement, events/lectures, etc.).
  • Identify students, faculty, alumni, etc., for potential profiles or articles at the department level to develop web content and to use in the UBCMS .
  • Review site proactively for outdated content, broken links, quality assurance, web accessibility compliance.
