Media Advisory: Walk to Victory to send Bulls off in style Thursday morning

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The University at Buffalo football team is Detriot-bound for its first MAC Championship game in a decade, and the UB community will send them off in style with a “Walk to Victory.”

When: 10 a.m. Thursday (Nov. 29).

Where: The lobby of the Murchie Family Football Center, located at the southwest corner of UB Stadium. Map: http://www.buffalo.edu/home/visiting-ub/CampusMaps/maps.html#STADIM.

Parking: Attendees can park in the stadium lot and enter the building through the South Ticket Gate.

After the walk, team members will leave for Detroit, where they will play Northern Illinois in the championship game on Friday in Ford Field. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. and the game is being broadcast on ESPN2.

The Bulls look to repeat history 10 years after winning the 2008 MAC title.
