Timely Warning: UB Police Report Library Thefts

Recently there have been several thefts reported primarily in the UB libraries, but also other locations. In virtually every instance the stolen items were left unattended.

Members of the university community are reminded they should not leave personal property unattended for even a short period of time, and to be safe and secure your belongings.

Members of the university community are urged to remember to stay alert to their surroundings. Any unusual circumstances or suspicious persons should be reported to the University Police as soon as possible at 645-2227 or stu-upolice@buffalo.edu. For emergencies dial 645-2222 or use any emergency blue light phone located on campus. Anonymous tips on campus crimes can be reported at http://www.upolice.buffalo.edu.
