R. Macklin Olszewski is excited to return to UB and Buffalo after a wonderful experience working as the Administrative Director for the Art and Design Department at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, CA. Macklin has over a decade of arts administrative experience through various non-profit organizations and educational institutions. She is also an alum of UB, with an MA in Arts Management. Macklin has been committed to the theatre community in Buffalo. In addition to completing a BFA in Theatre Performance at Niagara University, she was previously the Program and Operations Director at the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center and has served on the Board of Directors for Post-Industrial Productions. Macklin is currently on the Advisory Committee for the Kavinoky Theatre. She is thrilled to be serving as Department Administrator for Theatre and Dance while Veronica Sedota is on leave.
