Bio

Scott Borish is an actor, director, educator and coach.  He holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from Florida Atlantic University. Before relocating to Buffalo, Scott was the head of the drama department of Edgewater High School and the technical theatre director at Howard Middle School Academy of Arts, both in Orlando, Florida. For five years, he served as the coordinator for the Design & Tech Academy at Orlando Repertory Theatre, now Orlando Family Stage. A four-time nominee for the Irene Ryan Acting scholarship, Scott is also an accomplished designer and stage technician. He is a previous winner of the KCACTF Region IV Barbizon & Mehron Award for Makeup design and had the honor of presenting his work at the Kennedy Center.

As a member of Actors Equity Association, Scott has worked extensively with regional theatres in Florida, including Florida Stage, Palm Beach Dramaworks, City Theatre & Actors Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre.
