Anna Caison Boyd is a first-year Dance MFA student at the University at Buffalo. She recently graduated from Oklahoma City University’s Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment Business with a Bachelor of Science in Dance Pedagogy with minors in English and History. Anna Caison has done 5 productions with the American Spirit Dance Company, performing in tap, jazz, and lyrical pieces. She has also performed in 3 Student Choreography Shows during her undergraduate studies and was selected as a choreographer her senior year. She enjoys teaching and sharing her love of dance with students of all ages and levels. Anna Caison is excited to begin this journey at UB, discovering more about the dance styles she loves and her voice as an artist.
