Monday, March 29 and Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 10:50am – Cameron McKinney, Artistic Director, Kizuna Dance (NYC), will provide digital dance master classes for Modern 2 & 4 utilizing NAGARE Technique.  This contemporary floor-work-based class combines the grace of modern with the speed and fluidity of streetdance, capoeira, and house dance. The class activates oppositional forces and contrasting sensations to achieve fluid transitions in and out of the floor. Phrases will involve every part of the body, whether in the air or on the ground. “I chose the (Japanese) word ‘Kizuna’ for my company because it means ‘the bonds between people,’” explained McKinney.
