James ‘T.E.I.N.’ Levy, Jr.

James Levy Jr. (T.E.I.N.) is a Hip Hop/Funk Styles dancer, teacher, and performer from Buffalo, New York. He has been a part of the dance and arts community for over 15 years. He is an adjunct professor for Alfred University and the University of Rochester, teaching Hip Hop history, culture, and dance. He works with multiple dance studios and schools in and out of Buffalo. He has also set work in multiple dance programs including University of Buffalo, SUNY Fredonia, and Buffalo State University. A noteworthy accomplishment is the collaboration with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra for multiple concerts. Sharing and exchanging through teaching, competing, and community outreach, he hopes to continue bringing a positive and uplifting energy to those around him through the education of street dance and culture.
