What was the most important thing you learned while studying art at UB?
I earned my BFA in Communication Design and an MAH in Art History and English at UB in the early 90's. Although I learned many of the skills I use daily in my current position as the Curator at Buffalo Arts Studio, the most important thing I learned was visual culture literacy. UB's unique combination of theoretical and practical instruction prepared me for a 21st century reality I could not imagine in 1990's.
