Marjan Khorramgolkaran is a multidisciplinary artist from Tehran. Her work involves painting, drawing, printmaking, textiles, installation, jewelry, photography, etc. She received a Master of Painting from the Art University of Tehran and is pursuing a second MFA at the University of Buffalo, New York.
She translates nature into a distinctive language that can be envisioned through visual and tactile experiences. In this process, she examines the concept of land not through a lens of attachment, but from an anthropological perspective. Currently, after extensive travels in Iran and explorations in West Africa, she is dedicated to discovering her new environment while continuing her studies.
