Graduate Programs Open House

Curious about graduate school and how an MA, MS, or PhD can help you achieve your goals? Come and meet faculty, current students, alumni, and learn about how our graduate programs in Biological Sciences can prepare you for an exciting career in science, strengthen your applications to professional health programs, and much more.

Open house activities will include a poster presentation highlighting our diverse research specialties, presentations by faculty and students, refreshments and a roundtable lunch. A portion of the open house will be livestreamed and recorded for those who cannot attend in person. 

Join us for the Graduate Programs Open House this fall. Coffee and refreshments will be provided in the morning, as well as lunch in the afternoon. 

If you are unable to attend, a zoom link for the overview presentation will be sent to those registered.

Register today and join us on Saturday, November 9th from 10am to 1pm for our Biological Sciences Graduate Programs Open House! The event will take place in room 218 of the Natural Sciences Complex. 

Meet faculty members and current graduate students, discover exciting research opportunities, and learn how pursuing a graduate degree (MA, MS, or PhD) in Biological Sciences will help you reach the next level. 

Registration includes:
- Poster presentations by current graduate students
- Overview presentation of Biological Sciences 
- Q + A panel with current graduate students
- Tour of lab facilities and lunch with faculty/students 

Coffee and refreshments will be provided in the morning, as well as lunch in the afternoon. If you are unable to attend, a zoom link for the overview presentation and breakout rooms will be sent to those registered.
