K-12 Committee

Our K-12 Committee is a resource for local schools that may have questions about land acknowledgments, Native mascots, Indigenous curriculum, and other matters of cultural sensitivity. 

Indigenous Studies holds a meeting in the fall and spring semesters with the Title VI coordinators for Indian education across Haudenosaunee territories to discuss and brainstorm approaches to educational achievements.
