A Musical Feast.

Founded in 2006 by retired Concert Master of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Charles Haupt, A Musical Feast ventures to fuse contemporary and classical music with poetry and dance, featuring musicians of international stature as well as local players.

Burchfield Penney Art Center.

The Burchfield Penney Art Center is a museum dedicated to the art and vision of Charles E. Burchfield and distinguished artists of Buffalo, Niagara and Western New York. Through its affiliation with SUNY Buffalo State, the museum encourages learning and celebrates its richly creative and diverse community.

Genkin Philharmonic.

The Genkin Philharmonic, a Buffalo (NY) based ten-piece electro-acoustic chamber ensemble, was founded in 2000 by Jon Nelson at The University at Buffalo Music Department. Originally conceived as a class at UB, its mission was to provide a uniquely challenging opportunity for students to study and perform contemporary music that draws on musical genres spanning rock, jazz, improvised and classical music.

Music in Buffalo’s Historic Places
Music in Buffalo’s Historic Places presents concerts in distinct architectural settings with musical programs that are relevant to the design and period in which the building was constructed. The series strives not only to bring a fuller appreciation to the region’s unique history, but also to serve as a venue for University at Buffalo faculty and guest artists to collaborate in carefully chosen concert programs.

Pausa Art House.

Pausa Art House presents chamber music concerts and artistic exhibitions focusing on artists indigenous to Buffalo and its surrounding area. As a complement to the already vibrant nightlife on Allen Street, PAUSA adds a “boutique” entertainment element to the neighborhood with pre-concert and post-concert receptions that encourage intermingling among performers and audience members.
