Several College of Arts and Sciences graduate programs are among the best in the nation according to rankings by U.S. News & World Report. Included among the top 50 include: audiology (20), speech-language pathology (38), clinical psychology (50), and English (46).
Laibah Mir, a rising junior majoring in political science and philosophy, has been named a “Key into Public Service Scholar” by the Phi Beta Kappa Society, the nation’s most prestigious academic honor society.
Lea Kyle, a biochemistry student, is one of two UB students to receive the Barry Goldwater Scholarship, the most prestigious and competitive research scholarship offered for undergraduate STEM students.
