Gonzalez, assistant professor in the Department of Anthropology, has received a U.S.-UK Fulbright Commission award to the British Library – Eccles Centre for American Studies. She will spend six months conducting archival research on the traditional ecological knowledge of the Caribbean country of Antigua and Barbuda.
