Some of the best memories that I had at UB was being apart of the Biological Sciences Honors Program. I made friendships that I still have today and received exceptional mentorship from Dr. Poulin.
What is your advice to the current/future BIO students?
I have three pieces of advice.
1. Mistakes are inevitable and okay as long as you learn from them.
2. Failure does not mean you are incapable of achieving your goals.
3. Know when to ask for help (we all need it sometimes :))
