What was your career goal when you graduated, and where are you up to on that journey?
When I graduated, my goal was to become a physician. I am now on that path, beginning medical school at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences as part of the MD Class of 2029. With a background in bioinformatics, computational biology, and statistics, I hope to integrate data-driven approaches into medicine, enhancing patient care and advancing medical research.
What are you currently working on professionally?
During this transitional period before starting medical school, I am working as an electrophysiology medical assistant at Great Lakes Cardiovascular, gaining valuable clinical experience. Additionally, I manage operations at The Eastern Pearl, a Chinese restaurant in Williamsville, and run my own boba business, Beyond Boba.
