Digital Scholarship & Studio Network Hosts Accessibility Workshops

Published October 16, 2020

The DSSN is hosting virtual workshops led by Jim Gordon of the UB Libraries on digital accessibility.

Here's the description: "PDF files, word processing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations crafted for on-line or in-house distribution must meet NY State and Federal requirements for accessibility. In this workshop you will learn basic rules and some easy to follow tips so your guides and files will be accessible. If you have any files you want to test for accessibility, or make accessible, have them ready."

Gordon's first workshop on digital accessibility was recorded and archived, and can be viewed at this link:  https://buffalo.app.box.com/s/vl4sjzga6unou9z16596ukhyfjzm7uha
