Lukas Foss Centennial Celebration

In commemoration of what would have been his 100th birthday this year, the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and University at Buffalo Department of Music are celebrating the life and works of Lukas Foss through collaborative performances in Buffalo and New York City.

The Slee Sinfonietta will perform works by Lukas Foss in Lippes Concert Hall on September 18th, and October 25th, and at the DiMenna Center in NYC on October 5th. More information can be found at our blog, Edge of Center.

Ensemble Court-Circuit

On Wednesday October 26th at 7:30 PM, Ensemble Court-circuit will rehearse and record works by University at Buffalo Graduate composers. More information can be found at our blog, Edge of Center.

June 6-11

The June in Buffalo 2023 Resident Ensembles will be: The Arditti Quartet, The Slee Sinfonietta, The Talujon Ensemble, The Switch~ Ensemble, and The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. The concert schedule and other details will be announced in the Spring, along with the line-up of our Senior June in Buffalo composers.
