Bio: Zhe Wang is a PhD student in the Department of Sociology and Criminology at the University at Buffalo. He is interested in urbanization processes in China. His current research interests focus on the influence of social capital on various health outcomes in Chinese neighborhoods. In other research, Wang is studying how poverty alleviation programs affect urbanization in China urbanization.
