Bio:
Michelle is a PhD student and teaching assistant in the sociology department at the University at Buffalo. They are interested in labor, the environment, and rurality. In their MA thesis, Michelle explored these intersections in the context of rural and urban truck stops across Montana. Looking forward, they will focus specifically on environmental impacts of rural labor.
