Buffalo, NY — Buffalo Arts Studio invites the community to experience one of our biggest events of the year: the Annual Studio Artist Show and Sale, a vibrant celebration of creativity featuring the work of Buffalo Arts Studio’s 31 Studio Artists. The exhibition will be on view from November 22 through December 20, 2025, with a lively Artist Reception on Saturday, December 6, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm as part of M&T Bank’s extended hours. This event offers the perfect opportunity to meet artists and discover unique artwork to take home or gift this holiday season.
Studio Artists at Buffalo Arts Studio actively maintain working studios within the 20,000-square-foot art center, located in Suite 500 of the Tri-Main Center. Visitors are invited to step inside these special spaces for a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process central to making engaging artwork.
The Annual Studio Artist Show and Sale features more than 100 original works exhibited throughout the galleries, including paintings, drawings, prints, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, and more. Artists will also showcase additional pieces within their studios, and most artwork can be purchased right off the wall and taken home that night. Gift certificates for classes and artwork are also available in the gift shop, making it a perfect stop for one-of-a-kind holiday gifts.
Buffalo Arts Studio’s Studio Artists include: Beth Atanacio, Jozef Bajus, Madeline Bartley, Dennis Bertram, Kaylee Blesy, Julia Bottoms, Emma Brittain, David Buck, Claudia Carballada, Bree Gilliam, Bryan Hopkins, Cheryl Jackson, Erin Kearney, Elizabeth Leader, George Mai, Aprille Nace, Roberto Pacheco, Andrea Pawarski, Betty Pitts Foster, Christina Riccio, Kelly Schnurr, Rebecca Schwarzberg, Kathleen Sherin, Emma Stanton, Deb Stewart, Ann Stievater, Phyllis Thompson, Linda Toomey, Laura Valkwitch, Katie Virag, and Muhammad Z. Zaman.
In addition to the 31 artists housed at Buffalo Arts Studio, visitors can also explore a wide array of open studios throughout the Tri-Main Center during the Artist Reception. Highlights include the ArtsWork Gallery at People Inc. in Suite 253, where artists of diverse abilities present work across visual, literary, and performing arts; and Mundo Images in Suite 255, an eco-friendly greeting card company featuring the vivid photography of Ann Peterson.
On the fifth floor, open studios include Frannie Cratin (Suite 502), whose paintings draw from her lifelong study of cultures within her travels, sketchbooks, personal photographs, and life experiences; William Koch (Suite 505), showcasing stone and bronze sculpture along with large-scale paintings on canvas and paper; and Dorothy Keller (Suite 545), presenting large, vibrant still lifes and seascapes.
Additional artists will welcome visitors to Suite 553, and Suite 546 will feature a group of four artists: Gretchen Berwick, inspired by nature’s ever-evolving patterns; Ginny O’Brien, a painter and mixed-media fiber artist with extensive experience in arts in healthcare; Darcie Rosinski, whose narrative work draws from the natural world; and Allyson Hilton, a jeweler expanding her creative practice to painting and drawing.
