  • Dr. Alison Eisel Hendricks receives 3 year grant from NIH

    Dr. Alison Eisel Hendricks, director of the University at Buffalo Language Learning Lab has received a 3-year Early Career Award grant from the National Institutes of Health- National Institute on Deafness and other Communication Disorders (NIH/NIDCD) to identify differences in the use of non-mainstream dialect features among school-age children with and without developmental language disorder (DLD).
  • Dr. Kris Tjaden receives 5-year grant from NIH

    Dr. Kris Tjaden, director of the University at Buffalo (UB) Motor Speech Disorders Lab is part of a research team that has received a 5-year grant from the National Institutes of Health to investigate speech outcomes following deep brain stimulation (DBS) of the subthalamic nucleus (STN) for individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD).
