Applications should be submitted after completing these introductory courses:

• Natural Hazards or Climate Change
• Natural Hazards and Climate Change Lab

• Achieve a C grade or better in the required introductory courses.
• Maintain an overall average of at least 2.0.

The State University of New York at Buffalo has designed an educational program curriculum for a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences, that if successfully completed, is sufficient to meet the licensure and certification requirements for an advanced practice license in New York.
