Graduate Study in the Arts and Humanities - How to Build a Strong Application

This presentation will provide an overview of UB's College of Arts and Science's programs in the arts and humanities and help prospective students build a strong application when applying to MA, MFA or PhD programs. Topics Include: How to prepare now as an undergrad or master's student, components of a strong application, undergraduate research opportunities, how to choose the right program, funding and application timelines.

Framing your Resume for Graduate School and Writing a Strong Personal Statement

When applying for graduate programs, admissions committees often require that you submit a resume or curriculum vitae (CV) to accompany your application. Your resume/CV can provide the committee with more information about your skills, experience and academic development prior to graduate school.
