New Faculty Seminar Series

The New Faculty Seminar Series features the work of new colleagues in the Humanities at UB. Each session provides the new faculty member with the opportunity to share their current research in a casual, convivial space with discussion/Q+A following.

Get to Know New Faculty in the Humanities

The "new faculty" featured in this seminar series are tenure-stream and tenured recent hires who have spent a minimum of one-year with the University at Buffalo. HI endeavors to spotlight faculty across different disciplines and areas of expertise over the course of the year. While only a sampling of the dynamic new additions to the humanities at UB can be accomodated, we encourage faculty and graduate students from across the University to join us in the Humanities Institute Seminar Room (218 Clemens) for these sessions as opportunities for interdisciplinary conversation and connections. Coffee, tea, and cookies are served at these free and open-to-the-public seminars.
