Sirma Bilge is Full Professor in the Department of Sociology at the Université de Montréal. Her recent research explores complex and contradictory ways contemporary neoliberal university interpellates and incorporates insurgent knowledge projects. She is the author of two books, three edited volumes and over 60 scholarly articles and book chapters published in English, French and Turkish. Her widely engaged book Intersectionality (co-authored with Patricia Hill Collins, Polity Press, 2020) is translated into eight languages.
