Brian Keschinger is video game designer and programmer working for Respawn Entertainment on the Star Wars franchise. He joined the games industry in 2016 as a Software Engineer at NetherRealm Studios in Chicago on an internship and later became a full-timeemployee. At NetherRealm Studios, Brian worked on award-winning titles such as the DC Comics fighting game Injustice 2and the iconic Mortal Kombat 11. During the development of Mortal Kombat 11he shifted away from the programming side of game development and toward the design side—desiging the post-match Kombat Breakdown, Kombat Kard 2.0, Photo Mode, and Tutorial Mode. His work on the Tutorial Mode led him to NetherRealm's first-ever game design Game Developers Conference talk titled "Mastering Kombat: Designing Mortal Kombat 11's Empowering Tutorial Mode" which can be seen on YouTube for free.In 2020 Brian joined the Star Wars team that developed Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order at Respawn Entertainment in Los Angeles as a Technical Game Designer.
