Azalia Muchransyah's latest film screens as part of "Shutter Speed: An Evening of Dance on Film" organized by UB Theater and Dance
DMS PhD candidate Azalia Muchransyah screens her latest short film "Inside Repetition."
Muchransyah's "Inside Repetition" is a collaborative dance/poetry film created with Anne Burnidge (UB Theatre and Dance chair and choreographer), poet Eli Clare (a 2020-21 UB Center for Diversity Innovation Distinguished Visiting Scholar), and a team of undergraduate and graduate dance students, as part ofShutter Speed: An Evening of Dance on Film directed by clinical assistant professor Jenna Del Monte Zavrel, MFA. Also featuring the poetry reading performance of artist/poet/DMS MFA candidate Annette Daniels Taylor.
