Students in the Department of Music may reserve space in Baird Recital Hall or Lippes Concert Hall by contacting Concert Manager Philip Rehard.
For degree recitals, students may reserve space free of charge. To ensure that an appropriate time may be found, students must make a reservation in the semester prior to their recital. Reservations are typically 3 hours in duration, with an additional 2 hours allotted for a dress rehearsal several days in advance of the recital. Students are expected to provide the concert manager with a program for their concert at least two weeks in advance of their recital, or else bring their own printed copies to the event.
For other events, students may still reserve space in the concert hall but must pay a fee to be determined by the office of concert productions.
For more information, please contact Philip Rehard.
Concert hall reservations for degree recitals should be made in the semester before the recital is to be given.
