    Professor Jon Nelson has released two new albums. "Credo," out today on the 8 Bells label, features the group Prof. Nelson founded over 30 years ago, the Meridian Arts Ensemble, performing a selection of recent music by David Sanford and Daniel Grabois along with arrangements of Haydn and Stravinsky.

    Fifth-year PhD student in Composition James Falzone has released his debut full-profile CD on New World Records. Titled “A Curving Abacus,” the album features performances by renowned ensembles including Ostrava New Orchestra conducted by Owen Underhill; Ostravská Banda under the direction of Petr Kotík; ELISION Ensemble; Arditti Quartet; and Switch~ Ensemble led by Jason Thorpe Buchanan.
