We are pleased to share the good news that Associate Professor of French Amy Graves Monroe has received the prestigious SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching.

As noted by Dean Robin Schulze, Professor Graves Monroe is a scholar of early modern French literature, and known for teaching such popular courses as “Molière from Page to Stage,” “Disaster and Catastrophe,” and “Revolting Pamphlets: Genre of Protest and Conviction.” She is also the author of Post tenebras lex: preuves et propaganda dans l’historiographie engagée de Simon Goulart as well as numerous articles and book chapters.
