The Department is excited to announce that Kelli Bocock-Natale will be the director for the Spring 2022 Theatre Student Ensemble production. 

Kelli Bocock-Natale has directed at various theatres in the WNY area for over 25 years. Directing credits include New Phoenix Theatre productions of MacBeth, Peter Pan (Artie nominated for best direction of a play), Fool For Love (Artie nominated for best direction of a play) Blackbird, and many others.

As a company member of Buffalo United Artists (BUA), she directed BUA’s production of Confessions, for which she was honored with Best Director at the 2004 National Gay and Lesbian Conference. Other BUA productions include Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, recipient of the 2003 Artie Award for Best Direction of a Play, plus Facing East, The Tricky Part, Godspell, and A My Name is Alice, for which she received the 1992 Artie Award for Best Director of a Musical.

As an actress, Kelli has performed in several Irish Classical Theatre Company productions including A Woman of No Importance WOMAN OF (Artie nominee for Best Supporting Actress),  Ah! Wildness, School For Scandal (Artie nominee for Best Supporting Actress), and many others.

She was seen as Mattie Fae in the Kavinoky production of August: Osage Country, for which she was the recipient of the Artie for Best Supporting Actress in a play. Bocock-Natale has also performed for the New Phoenix Theatre, Buffalo United Artists, and The Jewish Repertory Theatre Company.
