Lecture title: Expanding Your Skills to Build Your Network

Building a network is essential to working in the entertainment industry- no matter where you are or what you're doing. When creating a network and building mutually valuable business relationships, it is crucial to know how to brand yourself as an individual, as well as establish yourself as a strong team player. This lecture will discuss formal vs. informal networking, and things you probably don’t even realize contribute to your reputation and brand. We will discuss diversifying your skill set to make yourself more valuable to those who hire you and more marketable to those who haven't hired you yet.
