Evan Matthew Stewart

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Evan began his dance training at age 10 in contemporary, tap, ballet and jazz. In 2016, he graduated from the University of Buffalo with his BFA in dance and minor in counseling. During his time at the University at Buffalo, he was a member of the Zodiaque Dance Company. Since moving to NYC, he has had the opportunity to work with Ebony Williams and perform for her at Jacob’s Pillow, and to dance in the film In the Heights. He is also an adjunct dance teacher at New Jersey City University and serves as a guest choreographer at various studios throughout the tri-state area. In master class activity his goal is to create an atmosphere where everyone can immerse themselves in the movement and express themselves freely.
