Sarah Palm

Sarah Palm.

2022-2023 Guest Dance Artist

Sarah Palm grew up in Orchard Park, NY and earned her BFA in Dance from the University at Buffalo. While attending UB, Sarah was a member of Zodiaque Dance Company and a recipient of the Performing and Creative Arts Honors Scholarship. She moved to New York City immediately after graduation to pursue a career in dance. While auditioning and living in NYC, Sarah was an instructor at Physique 57, a popular boutique fitness studio, for three years. After several auditions and countless hours of training, Sarah achieved a lifelong dream of becoming a Radio City Rockette in the Nashville production of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular at the Grand Ole Opry. As a Rockette, she also worked at Radio City Music Hall educating tour guests about the Rockettes.

Sarah eventually moved back to the Buffalo area to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University at Buffalo. During her time as a student, she trained as a Pilates mat and reformer instructor. Upon graduating in 2020, she began work as a physical therapist. In 2021, she and her husband welcomed a baby girl into their family. Currently, Sarah is taking time off from work to be with her family, but continues to take her favorite dance classes (virtually) in NYC. She enjoys sharing her love of dance and fitness when the opportunity arises and is thrilled to return to UB as a guest teacher.
