Lihann Jones

As part of THD’s Friday Forum Guest Dance Artists program, Lihann Jones will provide a guest master classes on Friday, February 21, 2025.

Lihann Jones began her performing career dancing in her parents’ nightclubs in Montana and Idaho. She has since acted in television shows and commercials, performed in parade routes and stages of Disneyland, and ballroom dance halls on the West Coast where she danced with the Joint is Jumpin’ swing troupe. She was co-chair for Suneel’s Celebrity Gala for the Suneel’s Light Foundation; a ballroom dance competition with local celebrities and professional ballroom dancers performing to raise funds for children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy an event that helped turn Suneel’s Celebrity Gala into the most successful fundraising event to date for the Suneel’s Light Foundation.

Lihann relocated to Buffalo, NY and works as a dance instructor and performer for a local ballroom dance studio. She performed in various DanceSport competitions throughout the country in the Pro/Am Division, her students consistently placed high in the scholarship and multi-dance divisions. She is the owner/director of Ballroom Revolution, Buffalo, NY a dance studio dedicated to teaching body awareness, connection between dance partners, and how to have fun and feel confident in any dance situation.

Lihan holds an Associate Certification in International Ballroom from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and an Associate Certification in American Ballroom from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She holds a BA in English – Creative Writing from California State University of Long Beach.
