Choosing to go through UB’s doctoral program in behavioral neuroscience was one of the best decisions I have made for my career. All of the faculty were so welcoming and really cared about providing me with opportunities that would allow me to pursue my field of interest. I am now an applied animal behaviorist, and my work studying canine cognition and behavior at UB has allowed me to better understand how dogs learn and how to effectively change their behavior. Students considering UB for graduate school would be lucky to study under any of the amazing faculty here!
