Sara DiPasquale is Teaching Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University at Buffalo. She has worked with a number of organizations who serve people experiencing abuse and neglect. Her current research interests center around gender, crime, and language. She questions the perceptions and understanding of gender inclusive language in higher education. She is also interested in gender based crimes, such as domestic and sexual violence.
