By registering your locker for the current academic year, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
The purpose of this policy is to provide a safe and secure environment for students to store their personal belongings while on campus. It aims to promote a sense of responsibility and respect for shared resources and ensure that students are held accountable for their use of lockers.
- You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of their assigned lockers. Lockers should be cleaned regularly and kept free of any food items, hazardous materials or substances. You agree only to store necessary art and academic supplies in this locker.
- You are responsible for ensuring that their lockers are securely locked when not in use. The university is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
- You are responsible for emptying and cleaning your locker by the end of Spring finals week.
- You understand that Lockers not emptied by summer break will have their locks cut off, and contents thrown away.
- You understand that Lockers with locks or items in them which are unregistered, may be emptied and items discarded at any time, under the discretion of the Department of Art.
- Students who do not abide by these terms and conditions will risk loss of locker privileges.
