WNYHS Student Art Submission Form

For Teachers Only

Please fill out the following form so we may keep acurate records of the works being submitted. We will use this information for printing labels and if we need to contact someone about the works or any prize money won.

Submission Deadline: Tuesday, January 16, 2024 (extended from 1/8/24)

General Information

This form is for one individual student. Fill in the form and press submit. A "Thank You" will apear at the top and the form will reset so you may enter another student's work. So if you have 4 different students, then you will submit this form 4 times.

Note that we will only be accepting up to 5 works per teacher per school. 

So if you want to nominate 5 different students, then you would only do 1 artwork for each of them, and submit 5 forms. But if you want to focus on fewer than 5 students, you could decide how to divvy up your nominations, maybe 2 students with 2 works each, or 1 student with 5 works, etc.
