Associate Professor of French Amy C. Graves Monroe was recognized with the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching at the Oct. 26, 2017 Celebration of Faculty and Staff Academic Excellence.
Amy was described as “[a]n extraordinarily creative teacher and scholar, [who] has developed more than a dozen undergraduate and graduate-level academic courses, several of which are interdisciplinary in nature, attracting students from her primary field of French as well as from English, history, theatre and dance and linguistics.” We congratulate Amy on this well-deserved achievement!
